Gempak98 believes that online entertainment should remain fun and in control. We provide a range of tools and guides to help every Malaysian player play responsibly — without unnecessary worry.
Responsible gaming means making conscious decisions about how, when, and how much you play — and staying in control. It does not mean you cannot have fun or cannot win. Rather, it is about ensuring online entertainment stays something you enjoy, not something that becomes a burden.
Many Malaysian players play at gempak98 purely for fun — after work, on weekends, or while unwinding. And that is perfectly fine. Problems only arise when gaming starts affecting your daily life, finances, or relationships. That is where gempak98 is here to help.
Gempak98 is a responsible entertainment platform. We don't just say this in a document — we back it up with real control systems that you can use at any time directly from your account.
Signs of Healthy Gaming
Warning Signs to Watch Out For
All these tools are available directly in your gempak98 account — free, easy to use, and effective.
Set the maximum amount you can deposit per day or per week. Once the limit is reached, the gempak98 system will automatically block additional deposits — even if you still wish to play.
Need a short break? Activate break mode for 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, your account remains active but you will not be able to log in or make new deposits.
If you feel you need to take more serious action, you may apply for a full self-exclusion from the gempak98 platform for a period of 3 months, 6 months, one year, or permanently.
Set a time limit for your gaming sessions. When the set time expires, gempak98 will send a reminder notice and can automatically log you out of your session based on your preference.
In addition to deposit limits, you can set a maximum loss amount allowed per day. Once the loss limit is reached, you will not be able to continue playing until the limit resets the following day.
Review your transaction history, play time, and activity patterns in detail through your gempak98 account page. This information helps you make an honest assessment of your own gaming habits.
Easy, fast, and straight into your account — no need to contact anyone.
Login to your gempak98 account using your username and password. Make sure you are using a secure device and a trusted connection.
Click on your profile icon or username at the top of the platform. Select "Account Settings" or "Responsible Gaming" from the dropdown menu.
Choose the tool you want to activate — deposit limits, loss limits, time limits, break mode, or self-exclusion. Each tool has customisable period and amount options.
Enter your desired limit and confirm your selection. The limit set will take effect immediately or within the period stated depending on the type of control selected.
